My room was very clean, which i appreciated after a long flight. it was also easy to find the hotel after arriving. It is well-connected. the staff were very good, helpful with directions, and quick to assist with luggage storage.
the check-in process used a computerized kiosk, which i found a bit impersonal! the breakfast was expensive, i thought. the hotel location, while in terminal 2, was quite far from the international flight check-in area, apply, twice.

The hotel location inside terminal 2 is convenient, especially for domestic flights. A short walk connects you directly to the departure area. Access to city attractions is possible via monorail and train. I found the provided toiletries like toothbrushes quite useful. This location made catching an early morning flight stress-free.
I found the staff at the front desk to be just ok. They were not particularly engaging.

The bed mattresses featured firmness, a welcome caress after travel. I found it extra convenient when transiting to other cities. This hotel is near the international terminal, about 500 meters. I could roll my luggage right to baggage check-in from the room.

the hotel location IS very convenient for departures from terminal 2. stepping out of the lobby, we were right there and ready for our journey. the staff were attentive to our needs. a staff member approached to assist us with checkout, avoiding a line wait.
the room was far from the elevator, and that involved a long walk. the bathroom showed some wear, i noticed hair on the wall and in the bath, and that needed rinsing.

Acceptable stay at the Airport

convenient locationluggage serviceslow check-inpricy stay
the hotel's location was convenient. it allowed quick access to terminal 2. the luggage transfer service worked very well. our suitcases was quickly after being sent from another region.
check-in was not smooth. i forgot my passport while traveling domestically. the staff asked MANY questions about it. the check-out machine malfunctioned at the front desk IT WAS A PRICEY stay.
